I make womynstruation dials to use to track your hormonal cycles with the moon phases.. I’ve created four necklaces to wear during each of the four phases in your monthly cycle. The necklaces are to help remind you how to care for your body, emotions, mind, and spirit during each wave of hormones and/or phase of the moon. People who don’t bleed monthly could wear these to sync up with the moon or if they have a bleeding lover.. to better understand their partners cycles. To use the dial, you twist the inner moon circle to align with what day you begin bleeding, then you place a marker on the day you being bleeding, then throughout the month, you move your second marker to be on the current day. Every time your “today” marker changes which hormonal phase you’re in, you change your necklace!
